Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He also serves as Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He has written numerous articles online, and is an co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman and Viars).
